You only need to have potatoes, a little flour, and some garlic.

A lenten recipe that feels rich and smooth.

LENTEN POTATO SOUP FROM PONTOS

Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes
  • 4 tbsps flour
  • 1 1/2 lt. water
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • sea salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  2. Add the water and the potatoes into a pot and boil it, medium temperature, until almost ready.
  3. Fill 1/2 cup with room temperature water, add the flour and mix until creamy.
  4. Put sea salt, the flour mixture into the pot, cook and mix for about 10' more.
  5. Ready to serve.
  6. Garlic: either cook them together with the potatos or BETTER squeeze and mash them well and add them to your plate!
