Challenging diet Questions
- Are you defined by the way you eat?
- In what way and in what extent?
- Does your diet control your sentimental world, our body functions and the way you live in general?
- How you choose your diet? In childhood, adulthood or any period of your life?
- Is it always the same? Or you make changes?
- What are these changes based on? Information? external, internal?
- Can your diet affect your social life? Can it change it?
Are these too many questions to answer in a post? YES
So let me tell you a true story!
Stefania felt the need to make some changes in her everyday diet.
The reasons were numerous. Throughout her entire life, she tried any diet and way to lose some weight, accept herself and her body. A long way with no real results.
Nevertheless, this trip was the base of her changing point of view about eating!
She challenged herself with alternate changes.
Figured out the results and finalised, at least for this period of time to adopt a vegan way of diet or as she says a vegan way of life!
- She feels her body stronger,
- She is thinner now,
- She is cooking new dishes,
- Enjoys this new chapter in her life,
- She feels no stress or “must voice” in her head.
What is the breakthrough she achieved?
She is listening to her heart and body partnership.
A combination that can break any record, a relationship that is there forever and ever!
Grilled mushrooms can help you make a change
The recipe below belongs to an internet friend I have met some years ago.
Traci is a spectacular food blogger, a great photographer and so much more.
I love mushrooms. I cook them frequently.
My husband Andreas and I have been picking mushrooms from the forest for many years….. and tasted many kinds and ways of cooking and eating them.
But in everyday life in towns, our options are less. Not less tasty though.
sometimes options are less
but not less tasty
Traci’s mushrooms inspiration
I cooked Traci’s recipe more than once.
So this recipe is for Stefania to cook and Traci to thank for offering it to us.
